I’d like an update on my delivery

When you ordered you’ll have had an email from us containing your invoice. You can find the delivery timescale for each product you ordered on there. Not received your invoice? Check your spam folder, just in case, or we can resend it to you, just get in touch. You can also track my order here. Need more help? Please get in touch.

I’d like to change my delivery address or details

We’ll do our best, but if your order has already been processed this may not be possible. Please send us all the details here and our team will be in touch, usually within 2 working days.

Where can you deliver to?

Our standard delivery covers the entire UK. Some postal codes do require a 3rd party courier (at no additional charge to you), the areas affected are listed here . If you require delivery to one of these locations then your tracking will confirm delivery to our 3rd party courier only, please allow an additional 3-5 working days for final delivery to take place.

I’ve only received part of my order

Don’t worry, we’ll get this sorted for you. If you’ve ordered more than one blind, where possible we’ll send them together. Please check your invoice as you may have different delivery dates for more than one blind. If you have ordered a Vertical Blind please be aware that the Headrail and the Vanes may be delivered separately. If you’re still missing anything, please get in touch detailing what’s missing so that our team can put things right for you.

My order looks like it’s on its way back to you

Sorry if the goods are on their way back to us. This usually happens when the courier has tried the maximum amount of delivery attempts. Don’t worry, we never charge for redelivery. Please get in touch to confirm when you’d like delivery and if there’s a better address for it to go to and our team will sort this out for you.

My order is showing as delivered but I can’t locate it

Don’t worry, we’re here to help. It’s likely that our couriers have left it with a neighbour or in a safe place. Please double check to see if they’ve left a card. If you don’t have a card and can’t locate your order then please get in touch and we’ll be in touch within 2 working days.

Will you let me know when my items have been dispatched

Yes! You’ll receive an email once your order has been despatched. You can then expect delivery the next working day. Look out for an email or text from the courier with more information too. You can also track my order here.

Do I have to be in for my delivery?

Most deliveries require a signature. If you’re not in the courier will try to leave your order with a neighbour. It shouldn’t be left in a safe place without you asking us to do that. If you’d like us to add any delivery notes for the couriers please get in touch. We’ll do our best to get this information to them in time for you.
