Sorry to hear your order has arrived damaged. We promise to put things right. If the packaging is damaged, please check if the contents are still ok. If the contents are damaged, we’ll get a replacement for you as soon as possible. If you can take any photos it can help us to prevent it happening again, but this isn’t essential. Please get in touch with our team here and they’ll be in touch within 2 working days to get this sorted for you.
Child Safety Law means that we can’t make chains longer than advised. We can send you longer chains/cords, but guidelines must be adhered to. Please provide your installation height (floor to bracket), so that our trained staff will be able to confirm your options. You can send us your measurements, and any other questions here.
